Terms & Conditions

  • All payments for Linger vacations need to be made in advance into the franchisee property accounts through either an NEFT or the online payment gateway on the Linger website.
  • We will consider bookings confirmed only after payments have been made into the property account and we receive a confirmation of the same. In case of a technical or bank related delay on this, and if the room is blocked by someone else, we will request the property to do a full refund of the payment made.
  •  By making a full/partial payment, you are agreeing to the house rules that apply for each property, maintain the sanctity and decorum of the place, and also indemnify the property or Linger Leisure against any injury, death, or other losses incurred because of outdoor activity, insects and animals, weather conditions and acts of God.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellations, we will request the property to initiate a partial refund of the total amount payable.

  • A 75% refund of the total payable upto 7 days before the date of arrival
  • A 50% refund of the total payable upto 48 hrs before the date of arrival
  • No refund after 48 hours before the date of arrival
