CampLinger in the Devarayanadurga Hills recently played host to a very different group – a bunch of pre-teens out on a camping weekend to celebrate the birthday of one of the guys! (Of course, accompanied by the parents of the birthday boy.)
We thought it was a great way to get kids to spend time with their friends on their birthday. Instead of the usual pizza/movie routine, the outdoors, sleeping under the stars, a hike and a campfire will create memories for a long long time, and are much more fun!
